At Wings of Eagle International Bible College (WOEIBC), admission is not just about joining a school — it’s about us responding together to a divine call.

Every student who walks through our gates or enrols online becomes part of our global movement of spirit-empowered leaders being raised to transform nations. Whether we are beginning a ministry journey or deepening a theological foundation, WOEIBC provides a clear and guided path to help us soar higher in our divine assignment.

General Admission Requirements

Our admission process is open to students from all nations, denominations, and backgrounds who desire to grow in biblical knowledge, spiritual maturity, and ministry skill.

Diploma Programs Requirements
  • A genuine salvation experience and evidence of Christian character
  • A strong desire to serve in ministry or Christian leadership
  • A minimum of high school completion or equivalent qualification
  • Two (2) references: one from a pastor and one from a spiritual mentor or community leader
  • A completed application form and personal statement of purpose
Certificate & Short-Term Courses

Ideal for new believers or active church workers seeking foundational biblical understanding.

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Submit a brief testimony of salvation and calling
  • Have a recommendation from a pastor or ministry leader

International Students

WOEIBC welcomes students from every nation and continent. Our Online Global Learning Platform allows international learners to study from anywhere in the world while maintaining direct mentorship with our faculty.

For on-campus students (where applicable), assistance with accommodation, visa letters, and orientation is provided through the International Students Office.

STUDENT ASSESSMENT & ADMISSION POLICY

1. PURPOSE OF THE POLICY

1.1 This policy outlines the criteria and procedures used by Wings of Eagle International Bible College (WOEIBC) to assess applicants who hold Certificates or Diplomas from other Bible colleges or theological institutions and wish to enroll in WOEIBC Certificate or Diploma programmes.

1.2 Also to firm the policy regarding the jurisdiction of the applicant versus the on-line campus to attend.

1.3 The aim is to ensure academic integrity, doctrinal alignment, and appropriate placement of students according to their prior learning, spiritual maturity and residential location.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR CONSIDERATION

Applicants may be considered for admission if they meet the following minimum requirements:

  • 2.1 Ability to meet the academic, spiritual, and conduct requirements of the College as outlined in the Application form.
  • 2.2 Evidence of Christian faith, character, and calling, consistent with the mission and values of WOEIBC.
  • 2.3 Possession of a Certificate or Diploma in Biblical Studies, Theology, Ministry, or a related field from a recognized Bible college, seminary, or theological institution.

3. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

Applicants must submit the following:

  • 3.1 Completed Application Form
  • 3.2 Certified copies of academic certificates
  • 3.3 Official academic transcripts (showing subjects and credits completed)
  • 3.4 Course outlines or syllabi (if available)
  • 3.5 Letter of recommendation from a pastor, ministry leader, or academic dean
  • 3.6 Personal testimony and statement of calling
  • 3.7 Copy of identification document or passport

4. ASSESSMENT CRITERIA

Applications will be assessed by the Admissions and Academic Committee using the following criteria:

4.1 Academic equivalence

Comparison of completed courses with WOEIBC curriculum in terms of: 4.1.1 Biblical content, 4.1.2 Theological depth, 4.1.3 Credit hours and learning outcomes.

4.1.4 Only courses with a pass mark of 50% or higher (or equivalent) will be considered.

4.2 Doctrinal alignment

4.2.1 Evaluation of doctrinal consistency with WOEIBC’s Statement of Faith.

4.2.2 Courses that significantly conflict with the College’s doctrinal position may not be recognized for credit transfer.

5. PLACEMENT OUTCOMES

After assessment, applicants may be placed in one of the following categories:

5.1 ADMISSION INTO CERTIFICATE PROGRAM

5.1.1 LIVING WATERS CHURCH

Those called to serve under the Living Waters Church International, irrespective of their qualifications from other Bible Colleges, it is MANDATORY that they should be admitted for the Certificate Program for doctrinal foundation and alignment.

5.1.2 OTHER CHURCHES/MINISTRIES

Applicants from other Churches and Ministries, will be admitted under Certificate Program:

a.) If their prior learning is foundational or partially aligned with WOEIBC

b.) And their performance will be assessed and eventually some courses may be credited, while others must be completed in full.

5.2 ADMISSION INTO DIPLOMA PROGRAM

5.2.1 OTHER CHURCHES/MINISTRIES

Only applicants from other Churches and Ministries will be considered for admission into Diploma Program on the following conditions:

a.) For applicants whose previous studies demonstrate sufficient academic and theological depth.

b.) Official academic transcripts (showing subjects and credits completed) and with exceptional performance

c.) Credit transfer may be granted for equivalent modules, subject to approval.

6. ASSESSMENT METHODS

  • 6.1 Academic transcript and syllabus evaluation
  • 6.2 Written placement test (Biblical knowledge and theology)
  • 6.3 Oral interview (academic and spiritual assessment)
  • 6.4 Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment

7. JURISDICTION

7.1 No applicant will be admitted when living in a country where there is an established WOEIBC On-line campus but applying to attend On-line Classes in another country.

7.2 No applicant will be permited to pay Tuition Fees in another country while attending On-line classes in a different country.

7.3 The above are only exceptional to applicants living in countries where WOEIBC has not established learning campuses.
