The vision of WOEIBC was born out of a divine mandate received in prayer—to train a new generation of leaders who would soar like eagles, carrying the message of Jesus Christ with revelation, power, and purity.

Over the years, Apostle Dr S.S Ndovie has been recognized as a voice of awakening in the Body of Christ — preaching and teaching under the power of the Holy Spirit, and imparting believers to live in spiritual authority, prophetic insight, and apostolic purpose.

His ministry emphasizes the unity of the Word and the Spirit, raising ministers who are both rooted in doctrine and aflame with revival fire.

Global Ministry and Leadership

As Founder and President of Wings of Eagle International Bible College (WOEIBC), Apostle Dr S.S Ndovie has led the institution to become an international hub for Pentecostal and Charismatic training, serving students from Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

He continues to travel extensively for leadership conferences, revival crusades, and ministerial training seminars, equipping pastors, prophets, and emerging leaders to fulfil their divine assignments.

Through his mentorship, many graduates of WOEIBC have planted churches, led revival movements, and pioneered missions across nations.

Apostle Dr S.S Ndovie is also the Founder and President of the Living Waters Church International, a vibrant church known for its apostolic mandate, teaching depth, and heart for global evangelism.

Personal Life

Apostle Dr S.S Ndovie is married to Apostle Jean Ndovie, who serves alongside him in ministry with grace and excellence. Together, they are dedicated to advancing the Gospel and raising a global family of Spirit-filled leaders.

They currently reside in Lilongwe, the capital city of Malawi, from where they oversee the growing global vision of Wings of Eagle International Bible College.

Biography of the College Principal:
Bishop Nathaniel Valeta

Bishop Nathaniel Valeta is a distinguished theologian, educator, and church leader with extensive experience in ministry training, pastoral leadership, and academic administration. His life and ministry reflect a deep commitment to theological excellence, leadership development, and the advancement of the Kingdom of God across Southern Africa.

He is married to Ellen Valeta. As a family, the Valetas are wholeheartedly dedicated to the service of God and have faithfully embraced diverse responsibilities within Christian ministry. Their shared commitment to faith and service has been foundational to Bishop Valeta’s pastoral and academic calling.

Bishop Valeta holds two master’s degrees: a Master of Divinity from Teleo University and a Master of Arts in Ministry Multiplication. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Religious Education and Christian Ministry from Global University Assemblies of God University. In addition, he completed a Diploma in Ministry at Wings of Eagle International Bible College during the 1999–2000 academic period.

Bishop Valeta is particularly passionate about youth development and transformational ministry. He has facilitated numerous training seminars across Malawi, addressing a wide range of topics related to church leadership, ministry effectiveness, and social development. Through his work with Eagles Relief and Development, he has played a significant role in equipping and empowering pastors nationwide for Kingdom impact.
